Suitable for all fitness levels. Join me weekly on Thursdays at 6PM in Brampton.

Full body, low-impact, circuit-style sessions designed to help you improve your overall fitness by focusing on functional movement patterns (+ mobility & pilates core) that mimic everyday activities.
